Shipping Information

» All prices on the website are inclusive of P&P so there are no hidden charges to pay!

» Orders which are valued £40 or less will be sent via first class recorded post.

» Alternatively, orders which are valued over £40 will be sent 24 hour guaranteed delivery.

» International orders i.e. made outside the UK are most welcome but please do note that we must levy a surcharge for overseas delivery. For details please contact us before buying and we'll quote you a price for the postage.

Returns Policy

We operate a no quibble money back guarantee of satisfaction.

We do offer a full money back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Should the goods disappoint or fail to meet expectation (in any way) we'll issue a full refund.

All we ask is that any returns must be capable of being resold as new i.e. it must be unused and in the original undamaged retail packaging. Unlike most of our competitors there's no restocking fee and we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price paid.

Not all of the items shown on the website are available for sale:

Some are prohibited and can't legally be sold in the UK, others are hazardous or oversize and thus can't be shipped for other "practical considerations". Consequently work is underway to remove all such products but, (until then) if we're forced to refund a payment then we'd ask for your understanding.
